Terms And Conditions
For out-of-warranty iPads, iPods, iPhones and Macs that are taken in for the above servicing, nübox will not be held responsible in the event of machines breaking down during software and diagnostics or backup servicing.
For services involving transferring of information or installing of software, ensure that you have the legal rights copy of the information and agree to the terms of the software license and authorize nübox to transfer the information and accept such terms on your behalf in performing the service.
Customers are responsible in backing up their data prior to any service provided by nübox. nübox is not liable for any data loss during the service operations.
If any product should be lost while under nübox's custody, nübox's liability will be limited to the cost of the replacement of the affected products.
If the unit is not collected back over a period of more than 3 months after repeated reminders, nübox reserves the right to dispose the unit as it deems fit.
